About the Facilitator
Elota Patton has worked as a Licensed Professional Counselor for 20+ years. She brings her own food journey, and her experience with Neuro Linguistic Programming, Symbolic Modelling, and system-focused group processing to the group. Her work as a Nia teacher has taught her compassion for and awakeness in the body. She also uses drawing, free-writes, journaling, and traditional counseling techniques in her individual counseling practice and therapeutic teaching.
