In this 3-hour workshop around New Year’s, you’ll be guided through a process to:
- reflect on you’ve learned from the year
- identify what’s no longer needed and what needs to change
- decide – your way – when the right time to let go is
- two practices you can use for letting go
You can bring any thought, relationship dynamic, work topic, phase of life, or life pattern to class that you’d like to let go of. Bring your curiosity about how it might change and shift, in positive, helpful ways even beyond what you can imagine.
