This professionally-oriented class is for business owners, project managers, hiring managers, and directors who want to take their leadership skills to the next level.
Through practical, group exercises, you will explore 30+ different aspects of personality, motivation, and decision-making, that you can use to:
- Improve your hiring ads to attract the best candidates
- Ask interview questions to determine which candidates will be right for *and stay in* a job
- Refine how you think about the type of person that would succeed in your company in a specific job
- Place the right candidate in the right job, even if you are very different from the type of person who will succeed there
- Use the best-suited rewards for each employee, or design rewards programs that reward the types of employees attracted to your company or division
From Class Host Katie Raver:
"Slavica Squire's students know and use these skills better than anyone else I've ever met. They nimbly use the so-called NLP "Meta Programs" so naturally and conversationally, and they are better managers, employers, and communicators because of it. If you work with teams, hire employees, or manage others, I highly recommend this class!"
Slavica Squire is an International NLP Master Trainer and Master Coach Trainer, Vice President of the Europen Coaching Association (ECA), and founder of the first NLP Institute in Serbia. She is the author of the first Serbian language book on NLP: "NLP - Essentials for Success," which has become a national Serbian bestseller in bookstores.
She introduced the NLP methodology to Serbia in 2004, after years of training with the global experts in the field, including: John Grinder, Robert Dilts, Tom Best, Charles Faulkner, Bernd Isert, Jairo Manchia, Arline Davis, Heidi Herron, Laureate Blyth, Lucas Derks, Sabine Klenke, Andreas Thomas, Clive Reuben, Martin Schmidt, and Peter Wrycza.
In 2006 she founded the NLP Institute in Belgrade, and in 2008, she founded the first Coaching Academy in Southeastern Europe.
Ms. Squire's extensive NLP training combined with work experience in Germany where she used NLP in business settings, first in sales and later as the head of a national German sales team. This experience combined with numerous trainings and coaching sessions have made Slavica Squire an expert in the application of NLP in the areas of sales, management, organizational, and personal development contexts.
In addition to regular training sessions held at the NLP Institute, in-house trainings, and individual coaching sessions, she is a regular guest speaker at international conferences and seminars presenting a coaching/training concept for success "Power Life Design", which she created.
